At Mallow, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
